GKB Optic is providing full fledge services of Edging and Mounting in their lab. Edging of lenses is done on the latest machines from Schneider (ES4 & ES Curve) with a capacity nearly 4000 lenses a day. Mounting of lenses is done through professionals having vast experience and expertise in mounting lenses with perfection. A final QC by our team at the end ensures the spectacles is fitted with the correct lens and dispensed as per the parameters received for the job.

Step 1:- Blocking
a	Scanning of Barcode on the Job
b	Check the screen for correct values
c	Alling the lens in the blocking machine as per the Lens markings
d	Put the Blocking Pad & Chuck in the machine
e	Press blocking buttong to block
Step 2:- Edging
a	Scanning of Barcode from the Job
b	To check the shape its as per the job Thicket
c	Insert the lens in the edging machine.
d	Machine will edge the lens automatically and stop when finish
Step 3:- Drilling
a	Select the manufacturers frame details through software (Optidrill)
b	Mount the lens on the drill machine
c	check in right & left position
d	start the drill
e	Machine will complete the process automatically
Step 4:- Mounting
a	Mounting of lenses is mostly done by hand by an experience technician
